OUR SERVICES...

Thinking about using electron beams?

Sterilization - Food Irradiation - Plastics - Natural Fibers - Disinfestation

Starting out in new and unfamiliar technology is daunting. No-one wants to repeat the errors of the past.

Independent experts can help you reach your goal fast, at the lowest cost and with the lowest risk.

If you are looking at Electron Beam to solve your manufacturing problem, you’ll need to -

It pays to have the advice of experienced and independent experts.

Who knows better than the people who have competed for this market themselves and built successful plants? We’ve studied the relative merits of all major suppliers, including US, European, Japanese and Russian. We know their reliability and real - as opposed to claimed - specifications. We also have experience in specifying and evaluating the options, like multi-beam systems and X-ray targets.

I-Ax technologies also has wide experience in applications. We’ve:

  • Established the technical requirements for sterilizing or processing medical disposables, food, biological waste (including sewage), plastics and rubber, aerospace composites, viscose, thermo-mechanical pulp many other products. We’ve mapped dose to ensure coverage and optimize cost for rubber gloves, disposable contact lenses, saline bottles, dialysis filters, polypropylene, syringes, petri dishes, animal food and many other items.
  • Derived process costs for contract service plants, medical disposables, medical re-usables, medical waste, chicken, hamburger, EVA, TeflonŽ, lumber, wood product manufacturing, viscose, sewage sludge, wastewater, fish meal, animal feed, pet food, wheat, dried fruit and nuts, roses, peat moss, aloe, ships bilge, and psyllium.
  • Generated business plans that meet the requirements of the Big Five accounting firms and prepared "due diligence packages" for investors.
  • Designed biological shielding, product handling, on-line monitoring systems and biological shielding.
  • Prepared safety reports and license applications covering local environmental, fire, rf and radiation safety codes. And we can assist in setting up the QA systems needed before gaining the process approvals.

In the procurement phase, I-Ax technologies staff are experienced in contract negotiation and the interpretation of Intellectual Property ownership. At startup I-Ax can assist or take responsibility for writing job descriptions, hiring staff and operating a plant. I-Ax offers total project realization and advice for both high energy and low energy electron equipment.
